Career & professional background
Finance · Business · Industry
Philip Everhard began his career in financial services, gaining early experience in securities and commercial investment markets, before moving into independent consultancy, executive roles and — increasingly — the industries and productive assets that need investment.
His experience helped him understand capital requirements, counterparty relationships, transaction structures and commercial risk. Over time his interests moved towards the underlying industries and productive assets: infrastructure, property development, mining, manufacturing, industrial equipment and international supply chains.
This transition reflects a belief that commercial value is ultimately created through effective operations, productive assets, appropriate technology and skilled people.
His present focus is firmly on the real economy: waste management, circular industries, natural resources, engineering and manufacturing.
Philip advises on commercial opportunities, international partnerships, supply-chain relationships and industrial-development strategies.
